Description

The world premiere of Krystyna Moszumańska-Nazar's Music for Strings at the 7th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the Great Symphony Orchestra of Polish Radio in Katowice conducted by Jan Krenz on 22 September 1963 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.

It is composed of three movements:

  1. Allegretto;
  2. Andante;
  3. Allegro.
