Description

The world premiere of Witold Szalonek's Concertino for flute and chamber orchestra at the 7th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the Italian flautist Severino Gazzelloni and the Great Symphony Orchestra of Polish Radio in Katowice conducted by Jan Krenz on 22 September 1963 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
