Description

The performance of Kazimierz Serocki's Sinfonietta for two string orchestras at the 1st Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the String Ensemble of the Great Symphony Orchestra of Polish Radio in Katowice conducted by Jan Krenz on 14th October 1956 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.

It is composed of three movements:


  1. Allegro;
  2. Adagio;
  3. Vivace.
