The Polish premiere of Fartein Valen's Cantico di ringraziamento, Op. 17 No. 2 for orchestra at the 7th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the Silesian State Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Karol Stryja on 24 September 1963 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
