The Polish premiere of Habib Touma's Sama'i for oboe and piano at the 7th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by Lothar Faber (oboe) and Frederic Rzewski (piano) on 25 September 1963 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Hall.
