Roger Marsh's Not a Soul but Ourselves for four amplified voices performed by the Electric Phoenix vocal group composed of: Karel Jensen (soprano), William Brooks (tenor), Linda Hirst (mezzo-soprano), Terry Edwards (bass), John Whiting (sound engineer) .

The Polish premiere of the work took place on 21 September 1980 in the Concert Hall of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music as part of the 24th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
