Bogusław Schaeffer's SG Quartet performed by the Music Workshop Ensemble composed of: Zygmunt Krauze (piano), Edward Borowiak (trombone), Czesław Pałkowski (clarinet), Witold Gałązka (cello).

The world premiere of the work was held on 27 September 1970 at the Concert Hall of the State Higher School of Music in Warsaw as part of the 14th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
