The American soprano Joan Carroll and the Radio Philharmonisch Orkest van de Nederlandse Omroep Stichting from Hilversum under the direction of Andrzej Markowski after the performance of Ton de Leeuw's Haiku II.


The Polish premiere of the work took place on 23 September 1971 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall as part of the 15th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
