Reinbert de Leeuw is the first of four pianists to perform Erik Sati's hours long piece Vexations.

The Polish premiere of the work took place on 26 September 1974 at the Concert Hall of the Fryderyk Chopin Society in Warsaw as part of the 18th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
