Bolesław Szabelski's symphonic poem Nicolaus Copernicus performed by Stefania Woytowicz (soprano) and the Warsaw Philharmonic Choir and Orchestra conducted by Wiold Rowicki.

The work was performed during the opening concert of the 20th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music, which was held on 18 September 1976 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
