Toshi Ichiyanagi's Music for Living Process in a version for two musicians and floral composition performed by the Tokk Ensemble from Tokyo under the direction of the composer. The ensemble was composed of: Maki Ishii - piano and other instruments, Toshi Ochiyanagi - piano, Katsuya Yokoyama - shakuhachi, Kinsi Tsuruta - biwa, Ayako Shinozaki - harp and other instruments, Yasunori Yamaguchi - percussion.
The Polish premiere of the work took place on 19 September 1976 at the Concert Hall of the State Higher School of Music in Warsaw as part the 20th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
