The Polish premiere of Makoto Shinohara's Tayutai for baritone and koto during the 25th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed on 20 September 1981 at the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music Concert Hall by the composer himself (koto), together with Jerzy Artysz (baritone).
