Grecki kompozytor Iannis Xenakis na estradzie Sali Koncertowej Filharmonii Narodowej po polskim prawykonaniu jego utworu Ais na baryton, perkusję solo i orkiestrę podczas XXV Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Muzyki Współczesnej "Warszawska Jesień".

20 września 1981 w utwór wykonał Spyros Sakkas (baryton) i Stanisław Skoczyński (perkusja) wraz z Orkiestrą Symfoniczną Polskiego Radia i Telewizji w Krakowie pod batutą Antoniego Wita.
