Japoński kompozytor Joji Yuasa na estradzie Sali Koncertowej Filharmonii Narodowej po polskim prawykonaniu jego utworu Scenes from Basho na orkiestrę podczas XXV Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Muzyki Współczesnej "Warszawska Jesień".

20 września 1981 w kompozycję wykonała Orkiestra Symfoniczna Polskiego Radia i Telewizji w Krakowie pod batutą Antoniego Wita.
