Grażyna Bacewicz on the stage of the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall after the performance of her Musica Sinfonica in tre movimenti by the Warsaw Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Witold Rowicki.

The Polish premiere of the composition took place on 21 September 1965 during the opening concert of the 9th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
