Description

Members of the Wind Quintet of Polish Radio and Television in Katowice on the stage of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music Concert Hall after the performance of Zbigniew Bargielski’s Cage for Butterflies.

The piece was performed on 22 September 1981 during the 25th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music. The Wind Quintet of Polish Radio and Television in Katowice performed in the following lineup: Marian Katarzyński (flute), Jerzy Kotyczka (oboe), Alfred Josz (clarinet), Zygmunt Halamski (horn), Zygmunt Tlatlik (bassoon).
