Description

Krzysztof Penderecki's Polish Requiem performed by Jadwiga Gadulanka (soprano), Jadwiga Rappé (alto), Henryk Grychnik (tenor), Leonard Mróz (bass) and the Polish Radio and Television Choir and Symphony Orchestra in Kraków conducted by Antoni Wit.


Fragments of the work were performed on 22 September 1984 at the Saint John Cathedral in Warsaw as part of the 27th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
