Isang Yun congratulates conductor Kim Byung Hwa and the first violinist of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea after the performance of his Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra.


The Polish premiere of the work took place on 20 September 1986 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall as part of the 29th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
