26 września 1981 w Sali Koncertowej Filharmonii Narodowej utwór do tekstu starej legendy Versus de passione St. Adalberti martyri i pism Brunona z Kwerfurtu wykonał Andrzej Lipski (recytacja) oraz Orkiestra i Chór Filharmonii Śląskiej w Katowicach pod dyrekcją Karola Stryji. Kierownik chóru: Jan Wojtachna.
