Description

Pierre Boulez's Le Marteau sans Maître performed by Jolanda Rodio (soprano) and the 'Prisma' Chamber Ensemble conducted by Tamás Vető. The ensemble performed with the following lineup: Eyvind Rafn (flute), Arne Moller (clarinet), Per Mendel Stern (violin), Flemming Christensen (viola), Ib Hermann (cello), Ingolf Olsen (guitar), Suzanne Ibstrup (percussion and piano), Hans Fulling, Bent Lyllof (percussion).


The piece had its Polish premiere on 20 September 1966 at the Concert Hall of the State Higher School of Music in Warsaw during the 10th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.
