The Polish premiere of Bohuslav Martinů's Symphony No. 6 'Fantaisies Symphonique' at the 4th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the Czech Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Karel Ančerl on 23rd September 1960 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
