Description

The performance of Leoš Janáček's String Quartet No. 2 'Intimate Letters' at the 4th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by the Novak Quartet (Bohuslav Purger - 1st violin, Dusan Pandulla - 2nd violin, Josef Podjukl - viola, Jaroslav Chovanec - cello) on 18th September 1960 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Hall.
