Description

The world premiere of Bolesław Szabelski's Poems for piano and symphony orchestra at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by Tadeusz Żmudziński (piano) and the Symphony Orchestra of the Krakow State Philharmonic under the direction of Andrzej Markowski on 22 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
