Description

The performance of a stage version of Béla Bartók's opera Bluebeard's Castle at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by Olga Szonyi (mezzo-soprano), Andras Farago (bass) and the Symphony Orchestra of the Krakow State Philharmonic under the direction of Andrzej Markowski on 22 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
