The performance of Béla Bartók's Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by the Duo Kontarsky composed of pianists Aloys and Alfons Kontarsky and percussionist Christoph Caskel on 22 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Hall.
