The performance of Stanisław Wiechowicz's Letter to Marc Chagall - dramatic rhapsody for soprano, mezzosoprano, 2 reciters, mixed choir and orchestra at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by Severino Gazzelloni (flute), Halina Łukomska (soprano), Krystyna Szostek-Radkowa (mezzo-soprano), Halina Mikołajska (recitation), Gustaw Holoubek (recitation) and the Warsaw Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and Choir under the direction of Stanisław Wisłocki on 24 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
