The performance of Arnold Schönberg's 21 melodramas after Albert Giraud Pierrot Lunaire, Op. 21 at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by Marie-Thérèse Escribano (soprano) and the Ensemble 'Die Reihe' under the direction of Friedrich Cerha on 20 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Hall.
