The performance of Augustyn Bloch's Espressioni per soprano ed orchestra to words by Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz at the 5th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.


The work was performed by Barbara Hesse-Bukowska (piano) and the Silesian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Karol Stryja on 20 September 1961 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Concert Hall.
