Description

The Polish premiere of Norma Beecroft's Tre pezzi brevi for flute, harp and 2 percussions at the 7th Warsaw Autumn International Festival of Contemporary Music.

The piece was performed by Severino Gazzelloni (flute), Francis Pierre (harp), Jean Claude Casadesus and Diego Masson (percussion) on 24 September 1963 at the Warsaw Philharmonic Chamber Hall.

It is composed of three movements:

  1. Moderato, con energia;
  2. Interludio (lento ed esressivo);
  3. Allegro, ma non troppo.
